Sang de Dragon – Spirit Label
Illustrator
L’Auberge du Dragon Rouge is a medieval restaurant where I worked when I was 20-21 and I keep a lot of love in my heart. The owner is celebrating his 30th anniversary and is launching a limited spirit drink that will be available in every Quebec SAQ, and asks me to create a label that was within the rules and regulations of the society. Another artist provided the drawing. Watch your SAQ store in 2023!

For my illustration class, we needed to create a minimalist movie poster with a quote from the said movie. It had to be recognizable within a glance for people who have seen the movie. Enjolras and the flag is one of the most important symbols of the movie, but I feel most of the poster does not give due to Cosette and Valjean. Having them intertwine in the scene was my way to say how both story are important.

Postage Stamp – Star wars
We had to create 4 illustrated Canada Post stamp that would fit into a collection. I chose mine to be the women of star wars, made in a watercolour-brush style. The all have one logo of the show that represent them as well.

We were tasked to do two self-portraits and create a composition image with them. As both my style were different palettes of colours, I decided not to stay into a realistic approach and use only one colour and its hues per image. I used external elements of the triangle to make them speak with each other. Despite being one of the hardest challenges I’ve had in this program, this became one of my favourite pieces I’ve created.

During our Branding class, we had to visually represent why doing our idea was a good idea via infography. My fake business was a bunny café. So I use the visual of the bunny and the coffee cup to keep the message in the brand. The target market was mostly Quebec, so a map of Canada would also provide a good visual for the point that needed to be made.
